Delivery methods and costs
Bottega del Sarto guarantees delivery within 5/7 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm. The shipping cost in Italia will be 5,00 € , free shipping for orders over 5,00 €.

Return modalities and costs
You may decide to return any product purchased within 15 days of receipt of the order. Before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used. The return shipping cost will be 5,00 €, which will be deducted directly from the amount of the returned goods. If the return does not meet the required conditions (see Refund and Return Policy), the package will be returned at your expense and the refund will not be made.
