SHIPPING METHODS
We are able to guarantee fast and efficient deliveries as we rely on the best forwarders for this. The shipping cost will be added to the order total during the purchase, it will be visible in the cart and will be charged at the time of payment. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, but only to real addresses; in case of unavailability of the recipient or who is authorized to receive the products, the courier will contact the customer by telephone at the number indicated on the site at the time of purchase to arrange a new delivery. Orders will be processed from 9.00 to 15.00 from working Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday; we can guarantee order fulfillment within 4 working days of receipt of payment. Once your shipment is complete, you will receive a tracking number which will give you the ability to track via the carrier’s homepage. Shipments to Italy take about 2-3 working days; consider that delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays.
Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 5-7 working days (excluding any delays in customs clearance). Upon receipt of the goods, the Purchaser must immediately verify that the delivery is complete and in perfect condition; if the package is damaged, the shipment must be accepted with reserve, immediately informing the Seller of any problem by writing to the CustomerCare e-mail address: customercare@bottegadelsarto.com For all countries, the prices indicated include VAT. Additional shipping and delivery costs will be determined based on the type of delivery and recipient address. These costs are indicated separately both before sending the order and in the order confirmation sent by e-mail. For shipments to destinations other than European Union countries there may be additional costs and taxes, which are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Taxes vary according to the country of reference and the amount purchased, therefore we are unable to provide a definite cost estimate. It is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the customs office of the destination country for further information.
RETURN POLICY
The buyer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made will have the right to return the unworn or used items asking for a refund or a credit within and no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. It is understood that all redelivery costs are the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser, as are the transport risks for returning the Products.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The goods must reach us in the same condition in which they were sent, i.e. in perfect condition, unused, complete with all accessories and all labels relating to the product and in the original packaging which must be protected with additional packaging in order to preserve its integrity; Damaged, stained or altered returns will NOT be accepted and refunded. We will guarantee that the returned Products have been returned in the same delivery conditions and subsequently we will reimburse the buyer for the entire amount paid for the purchase of the goods, free of charge, re-crediting the amount paid according to the payment method used. , with the exclusion of transport costs and contributions for any charges, within the terms of the law and on condition that the Products have been returned in compliance with the above provisions. In case of purchase by credit card, the refund time will depend on the credit card used and will in any case take place within two account statements.
Seller’s legal guarantee
This Guarantee pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 44/99/EC allows the purchaser, in the event of product conformity defects, to obtain, by contacting the Seller directly, within a reasonable time taking into account the nature of the goods, the repair ( if and as far as possible), the replacement of the product, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract; the use of the good that does not conform to that established by the Seller/Manufacturer is in any case not covered by the guarantee.
Any claim must be presented by mentioning the proof of purchase (tax document issued by the seller/payment).
The complaint must be presented by the Purchaser quickly and no later than 60 days from the date on which he ascertained the lack of conformity. During this period the product cannot be used at all. The provisions of directive 85/374/EEC apply as regards damage caused by the product. The Seller, as distributor, frees himself from liability by indicating the name of the manufacturer.
