Everything you need to know about order shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET. If you place an order after 5pm on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

SHIPMENT TO NON-EC COUNTRIES

For all countries outside the European Union (Extra EEC), customs fees are included in the price.

SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. Please be sure to provide a valid and complete delivery address at the time of purchase.

NOTICE OF DELIVERY

In the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of storage and will arrange for a second time the next delivery to the shipping address indicated in the order. Should there be additional storage even after the second delivery attempt, the shipment will remain available for pickup at the courier’s logistics facility, with related costs borne solely by the customer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing the tracking and reference code for the shipment, allowing you to track the journey of your purchase.

We currently deliver to the countries shown in the following table, divided by zones. For each zone, the fixed cost of shipping and the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is indicated.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIME

Our Standard Delivery solution is guaranteed with the timelines indicated for all orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 CET (11:00 GMT). However, some remote areas may not be covered by the service.

Bottega del Sarto disclaims any responsibility for unexpected delays in delivery beyond our control.

SHIPMENT VERIFICATION

Upon delivery, please check that the shipment is complete. If there are any problems, please inform us promptly by writing to our Customer Care at customercare@bottegadelsarto.com
